Rifle season opens Oct. 1st and probably will be 14 days. Good weather the last 4 years saved many of the more mature bucks, which means 2008 will have some buck in the trophy class. We specialize in private land hunts and late season hunts. Hunts will be 4 or 5 days depending on the total length of the season. We plan 2 or 3 hunts depending on the number of combo hunts and will limit the number of clients. A quality hunt will require some hard work, so start preparing. The private land hunts will be easier to draw in 2008 than ever before. Last year the season ran Oct 1st – 14th.

LIABILITY

Platt’s Guides & Outfitters will make every effort to help you have an enjoyable and safe trip. However, snowmobiles, wading rivers, riding horses, hunting and fishing, and other activities on your vacation, by their very nature, involve some risk. All guests must sign a liability release form.

RESERVATION / CANCELLATION

A deposit of 1/2 of the total trip confirms the booking.

a. Forfeit, unless you can find a party to fill your vacancy.

b. Applied to next year only under special conditions, when approved by the outfitter.

c. Returned in case of death, Family tragedy or severe personal injury considered at the discretion of the outfitter.

d. In the event that guests cannot stay the full length of a trip, there can be no adjustment of the total trip fee!
